It describes the operations and functions of local churches and their relationship to the denominational structures of which they are members.The Adventist Church Manual also expresses the Seventh-day Adventist Churchs understanding of Christian living, church government, and discipline based on biblical principles and on the authority of duly constituted General Conference meetings.
